Who else wants to see it and what are your "must see's" of the month? Other Notables: The Bank Job, Doomsday, Funny Games, Drillbit Taylor, Paranoid Park, Snow Angels, Miss Pettigrew Lives for a Day, Married Life, CJ7, Dr. Suess' Horton Hears a Who
While I consider this film to be my most anticipated of March, that in no way defends the awful poster they released for this film. Good God, it's so MTV-ized I almost want to disregard the film entirely.
My most anticipated is probably Doomsday, but only because I'm such a big fan of Neil Marshall and Descent. Obviously it has a Road Warrior vibe, so hopefully it can separate itself from that amazing post-apocalyptic film.
I'm also looking forward to Funny Games. Don't know the director's work or the original for that matter, but it has a fantastic trailer and a great cast. I love me some Clockwork Orange, so anytime I get to see some droogs in action, I'm there.
I haven't seen The Descent which is why I'm only slightly interested in Doomsday and although Funny Games looks technically impressive, I don't know if I want to sit through 2 hours of torture. Nope, I'll stick to my little MTV Iraq movie, thank you.
And if I recall correctly Ty, didn't you see Heneke's Cache? Or was that one of your must sees?
