Is Sun’s line to her father, the “You were one of the two people responsible for Jin’s death,” is that this season’s “who’s in the casket?” Who’s the other? And although I profess that Jin is still alive… I say Sun considers him ‘dead’ because she doesn’t feel like she’ll ever see him again and holds herself accountable as the other person responsible.

After last week’s episode, I’m totally sold on the “Moving the Island” idea now also. Still not sure how they plan to pull off the concept of moving an island in any dramatic fashion, but if they do it well… well, it could be awesome. But I’m more interested in the repercussions. This explains exactly how the Oceanic 6 can’t get back to the island… they honestly no longer know where it is. So Future Jack will have to start leading his own search to relocate it in seasons 5 and 6 and we’ll probably end up getting split island/present day stories. Plus will the finale make it that Ben and Locke are the only two people who know where the island is relocated to? Interesting...

They really did an excellent job building up for the huge 2-hour finale. I love the Oceanic 6 flash-forwards and they managed to spread them out all over the island, so it’s surprising to me that they all regroup by the end of the next episode. And the flash-forwards dealt with a lot of new developments too…

Claire is finally revealed to Jack as his half-sister. Sun buys a controlling interest in her father’s company. We finally see the press conference full of the Oceanic 6 lies (although not yet why they feel the need to). And the numbers are still messin’ with poor Hurley.

Meanwhile, back on the island, we get the return of the never-aging-man, Richard Alpert. And in doing so, we see that The Others appear to be in greater numbers than we had previously thought remaining. Also he decides to kidnap Kate and Sayid, but for what purpose?

Plus, the Orchid Station is finally coming into play. The island might be set ablaze (yeah, right) and in the next episode we should know an awful lot more about how and why the Oceanic 6 are the only ones to get off the island. They set up the finale brilliantly, I think, with one of the best efforts of the season. Lots of character and plot developments that seem to be leading in fascinating directions. I, like everybody else, can’t wait until May 29th to see this season wrap-up… but at the same time, you never want it to.

So I’ll end with just a simple question… Why do so many of Ben’s plans revolve around himself getting captured and beaten to a bloody pulp?

Great recap hun. :) Your response almost sounds like an advertisement to get people into watching the finale, haha. Very suspenseful! I can't wait for the final 2 hours in 2 weeks!

Lot's to look forward too indeed!

Did we know that Cheech was Hurley's dad before? Cause if not, that's awesome. Certainly the first time I've seen him. Lucky for me, my roommate just bought the first 3 seasons and I am diligently catching up on season 1 and 2 (which I missed).

A note on that...it's awesome to know what I know about the characters now and be watching the first season for the first time now. Everything is way awesomer knowing that they have no clue what's in store for them. Plus, it's a lot easier for me to make the connections people who have followed from the beginning have painstakingly pondered for the past few years. Yeah it takes a little of the fun out of it but somehow, it's so much better.

Anyway, Sun is turning into a royal BADASS now isn't she?! Good for her! I have a feeling though that if Jin does in fact die, it will be on Whidmore's boat and he could potentially be the other person to blame.

And yeah, poor Hurley. I bet he wishes he'd stayed on the island.

Richard Alpert gives me the CREEPS!!! And those Others have been keeping very quiet recently...nice to see them again (sorta).

I'm curious to see how that big ass bomb on the boat comes into play. Something tells me we're gonna see a massive explosion come May 29th!

Can't really say anymore. I thought it did a great job of setting up the explosive conclusion this season.

How awesome was the moment with Jack and Claire's mum. Great stuff.

There was an Orchid video released during ComicCon where we see Dr. Candle essentially clone a rabbit. What the hell is going to happen in the Orchid. Will we get two Bens?
